The Korean translation of Haruki Murakami's latest novel, KishidanchÅgoroshi, came out on July 12, not quite five months after its Japanese premiere. The translator is Hong Eun-Ju, and the publisher is Munhakdongne Publishing Group.
Five months is a very short time to translate, edit, and publish a 1050-page-long novel! We probably won't see any European translations until next year.
